Non Ferrous Metals

Copper
14th Century Copper Cross, Private Collection
While repairs and consolidation in copper are straightforward the replication of parts that are wasted away takes great skill. Our coppersmith can form and manipulate copper as was intended.
Brass
Palace of Westminster
Hardman & Co were responsible for much of the brasswork in the Westminster Palace. We have had the pleasure of restoring, conserving and replicating much of their work.
John Hardman worked closely with Pugin on the designs. We have been lucky enough to work on hundreds of their works and replicate much of what has been lost or damaged.

Silver
17th Century Icon, Temple Gallery
Conservation of ecclesiastical and ceremonial metalwork has been a large part of our
conservation practice. Having silversmiths in house and the ability to cast silver sculpture in our foundry has helped quite a bit!
