British Museum
The boundry railings of the British Museum are of a large cast iron manufacured by the Walker Iron Foundry bewteen 1850-1853. There are multipe entrances which are under constant and heavy use.
As well as being decorative the gates and railings play an important securtiy function and their operation must be maintained to enable the building to function as intended.

The British Library has a number of important sculptures in its collection. Arts Heritage has cared for and maintained this collection for the last decade.
